The William E. Doyle Inn of Court brings together judges, attorneys, professors, and law students to cultivate a culture of mentorship, ethical practice, and professionalism within the Colorado legal community. For four decades, our members have fostered meaningful relationships and elevated the standards of advocacy through monthly programs and collaborative learning.

Founded as Colorado’s first Inn of Court, the William E. Doyle Inn upholds a longstanding commitment to collegiality, shared learning, and ethical advancement. Our Inn provides a welcoming environment where practitioners at every career stage engage in discussion, develop advocacy skills, and build lasting professional relationships.
Through monthly programs, pupilage groups, and collaborative activities, we encourage excellence in legal practice while promoting civility and integrity across the bench and bar.
Membership in the Doyle Inn of Court offers much more than monthly meetings — it provides access to mentorship, thoughtful programming, and meaningful relationships across generations of legal professionals. Judges, practitioners, professors, and students come together to learn, collaborate, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and advocacy.
Prospective members are encouraged to attend a meeting before applying. If you do not know a current member, we will gladly connect you with someone from our Executive Committee.
The dues are as follows:

| Masters (admitted to bar longer than 14 years) | $ 315 |
| Barristers (admitted to bar 5 to 14 years) | $ 315 |
| Associate Barristers (admitted to bar less than 5 years) | $ 215 |
| Students (interviewed and selected each spring/summer) | Free |
The Doyle Inn hosts monthly programs led by pupilage teams, along with special events that encourage professional development and community building. These gatherings provide opportunities for meaningful discussion, skill-building, and networking among judges, practitioners, and students.
